Weta competition entry

My digital illustration I did for a Weta workshop competition back in September. The brief was that we had to come up with a concept of what a steam powered Korea would look like. I went for a dark, wet, militarised idea of Korea. Had a lot of fun trying to get that wet damp shine to show in the painting.
